As the Creative Director, for Design & Digital practice, Rajiv helps business' WIN through design. He brings in experience of designing several e-commerce solutions, engaging customer journeys and brand identities. He has designed websites, mobile apps, web and desktop application interfaces using defining design elements and driving user experience and sales. He has successfully delivered design consultancy projects for a wide range from Startups to Fortune 500 Companies across different geographies. Rajiv is based at Bangalore.
The youngest member of the team, Pooja brings in a fresh and energetic approach to the Design and Digital practice at Smits Consulting. An Aeronautics professional by qualification and a Creative Designer by choice, Pooja is a keen student, an avid learner and a budding entrepreneur all rolled into one. She helps her clients in developing cutting edge Web, Desktop and Mobile interfaces and a futuristic user experience. Pooja also has a keen interest in product design and is training herself in bringing ideas to life by choosing the specialty of UCD, UXD and UID. She is currently consulting a Belgian bank and a few start-ups on making an effective UI/UX. Pooja is based at Bangalore.
